Over the years, my clients have included pre-teens to those over 85 years of age, from all fitness levels. I have helped everyone from kids needing mentoring and support, to parents wanting to strengthen their minds and trade in their old bodies for new ones amidst busy schedules.

"After I had surgery for a torn Achilles tendon, I wanted to keep from slipping physically overall--and in fact to try to improve my overall fitness level as my motivational goal for recovering successfully from my ankle injury.
